Day 1

Got on a grayhound type bus from Mar Del Plata to Buenos Aires along with 15 other exchange students from the area.

After a nice 6 hour drive we arrived in Buenos Aires at around 5. The Buenos Aires bus terminal is about 6 times the size of the Kelowna airport. The terminal is over a kilometer long and is known for it’s pick pockets. It’s there that we then waited 6 hours for the other exchange students to arrive. The brightside to this was that we all got to know each other. Unfortunately, I already knew most of the kids from the South trip so we pretty mach ended up fooling around and walking around the HUGE terminal. We found some entertainment guessing who the pick pockets were and who was going to get pick pocketed. It was kind of a joke, until we ended up guessing right. We all then proceeded to hold onto our wallets much tighter.

At 11 we boarded the bus and drove through the night to El Palmar.
